The rooftop infinity pool offered stunning, panoramic sights that were truly enjoyable. The staff showed exceptional friendliness, promptly addressing our requests with a smile. I appreciated the large balcony in my room, perfect for taking in the scenic lake views while sipping tea.

The room had some maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience.

Very friendly staff eagerly helped with various needs.

The lack of a liquor license made my stay uncomfortable. the room had several maintenance issues, such as a broken bedside lamp shade and missing grouting.

What shines and what doesn’t

The stunning infinity pool offered breathtaking views over the lake and temples. The spacious balcony from the room was perfect for soaking in sunsets.

The bellboy's abrupt attitude was off-putting, and we experienced issues with the shower pressure during our stay.

Location was superb, especially the view over the city and lake. The breakfast was top-notch with lots of great options. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, even packing us a breakfast hamper for an early start. Can't wait to go back!

It was just a reliable pick for a short staycation in Kandy with good value considering the price it charged. The rooftop pool had breathtaking views of the sunset that made for a relaxing evening. Bring your own toiletries to avoid any issues.
